- $34.59 per hour + super
- Initial 6 month contract
- Full time - 35 hours per week
- Rotating roster (Mon - Sun, 6am - 10pm)
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a NSW government client based in Newcastle on a 6 month contract.
About the Role
- Delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication and attention to detail.
- Utilising intermediate computer skills across various operating systems.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer journey.
- A strong understanding of confidential information handling, adhering to organizational and legal standards.
Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills - proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
