Working Monday to Friday only, you will manage a clean portfolio of approximately 150 properties with leasing and inspection support provided.
The Role
* Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties
* Handle ingoings, outgoings and routine inspections
* Communicate with landlords and tenants daily
* Manage rental arrears and issue notices when required
* Negotiate lease renewals and maintain strong client relationships
* Attend onsite meetings with owners and tenants where needed
* Work alongside a supportive leasing and inspection team
* Deliver high-level customer service across the portfolio
* Use PropertyMe CRM and systems
* Be part of a collaborative and energetic office culture

About You
* Previous Property Management experience essential
* Current COR & CAR Certificate required
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage priorities and work autonomously
* Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
* Experience using PropertyMe highly regarded
