Opportunity
This is a new role based in Sydney. The role is responsible for streamlining, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. It involves working closely with cross-functional teams within 3PL transport and warehouse to identify trends, optimize processes, and deliver accurate reporting that drives operational and strategic improvements.
Responsibilities
* Collect, validate and integrate data from multiple sources to reveal trends and anomalies.
* Design and maintain dashboards and reports that make insights clear and actionable.
* Translate analysis into practical recommendations and partner with stakeholders to drive decisions.
* Support forecasting, business planning and performance measurement to improve outcomes.
* Monitor KPIs and deliver regular performance updates to leadership.
* Work with IT and business teams to ensure data quality and enable system improvements.
* Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
* Support 3PL operations to ensure continuity across outbound freight, inbound freight, and warehousing.
Education
Bachelor's in business, finance, economics, data analytics or related.
Experience
3+ years in data/business analytics.
Core Tools
Advanced Excel; Power BI or Tableau; SAP S/4HANA.
