About the Role
As a Team Leader, you will manage your own caseload while leading and mentoring a team of allied health professionals. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional outcomes for our young clients within a well-supported and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-performing team
* Providing clinical supervision and professional development support
* Upholding high standards of professionalism and ethical practice
* Partnering with families throughout their therapy journey
* Using advanced client management systems to streamline documentation and communication

About You
* You are driven, empathetic, and passionate about helping others succeed
* You have a strong background in early intervention (minimum 3 years clinical experience)
* You're ready to take on a leadership role while continuing to grow clinically
* You're an excellent communicator and relationship builder
* You hold relevant tertiary qualifications and professional registration (AHPRA)
* You're enthusiastic and ready to make a meaningful impact
