Tronox is recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Coordinator to join our maintenance team to ensure the safe and efficient execution of maintenance across our Kemerton Pigment Plant, near Bunbury.
The position is offered on a full time, permanent basis working days and averaging a 38 hour a week.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Senior Maintenance Coordinator will be required to:
Promote all aspects of safety, as well as; authorising changes to equipment, plant, and procedures.Ensure maintenance is conducted in accordance with major hazard facility requirements.Coordinate maintenance in day-to-day execution of planned work, providing final sign off on weekly work schedules and prioritising reactive work and breakdown support across site.Develop, measure and report on operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and System Health Indicators (SHIs) to ensure adherence to the 1- and 5-year business plans.Facilitate and/or contribute to Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving sessions.Develop and lead cross discipline improvement projects and initiatives to increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and improvement in KPIs.Manage and report on short to medium term plant vulnerabilities.Assume role of Shutdown manager during 13-week turnarounds and annual major events.Review and approve document management for maintenance work instructions, processes, procedures, and workflows.Responsible for Level 1, Maintenance Cost Approvals.Takes an active role in improving the efficiency of Maintenance Execution.About You
To be successful in this role you will need to possess:
The highest regard for safe work practices with an in-depth understanding of process safety.Extensive maintenance background in a complex, fixed-plant operation at a Senior Supervisory level or equivalent.Additional maintenance/ Engineering qualifications would be desirable.Extensive Knowledge of Routine Work Management Processes and KPIs.A demonstrable ability to lead, motivate and ensure cohesiveness across different disciplines and sites.Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work with excellent communication skills.Strong problem solving skills and be results orientated.What's next?
