VConsultancy (VC) is an industry-first – a ‘One-Stop Shop’ company that provides all-around support ranging from recruitment to compliance and marketing.
VC provides affordable and high-quality service to Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) across Australia. It’s a fully-fledged service similar to a ‘turn-key’ concept that allows RTO owners to focus on their own forte rather than be ‘stressed’ over particular aspects of the RTO business with which they are not familiar. About the Role:
The Student Services Assistant is a key contributor to the smooth and efficient operation of our campuses. As the first point of contact for students, agents, and visitors, you will deliver warm and professional reception services while providing vital administrative and operational support.
This entry-level position is suited to someone who is proactive, approachable, and eager to grow their skills across a range of functions, including front desk reception, student services, facilities coordination, and basic social media support. You'll be working for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs), including client RTOs under the VConsultancy banner.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet students, agents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Respond to phone and email enquiries, and assist with walk-in support
- Manage mail, supplies, inventory, and general office upkeep and maintain an organised and welcoming reception area, classrooms, and shared space
- Assist with student events, including monthly orientations and annual graduation ceremonies
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Provide basic support for social media content (photos, etc.)
- Report facility issues and assist with campus and classroom setup
- Undertake other ad hoc duties as directed by the Senior Team Lead - Student Support

- Sound proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
