Looking for experienced horse stud ground staff to cover all aspects of horse care and some property Maintenance.
Must have previously worked with mares and foals and be confident leading large and young horses.
Day to day job description will be feed runs, giving medications, holding for various equine practitioners like Vet Farrier Dentist etc, checking horses health and reporting injury sickness lameness, keeping accurate records of medications worming farrier visits and any maintenance done cleaning stables and yards, some mowing with ride on mower, grading dressage arena, helping move horses to new pasture, harrowing pasture with ute and chain harrows, removing any weeds, cleaning water troughs, washing horses, rugging horses in winter, helping to worm horses.
Pay: $31.00 – $33.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 – 40.0 per week
