Job Description
We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
* Maintaining building systems and equipment to ensure smooth operation
* Repairing and replacing locks, windows, light bulbs, and other fixtures as needed
* Performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
* Estimating repair costs and documenting repairs undertaken
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work unsupervised as well as part of a team, and have experience in general maintenance of grounds and buildings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the following qualifications and skills are required:
* Experience in general maintenance of grounds and buildings
* Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general trade maintenance
* Understanding of machinery and equipment operation relating to building maintenance
* Ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills

About the Role
