We’re looking for a motivated and reliable team member to join our crew and help keep the store running smoothly — from customer service to admin and everything in between.

Position Overview

The Retail & Repair Coordinator plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store. This position supports both front-of-house customer interactions and back-of-house admin and logistics. You'll help ensure customers have a great experience, repairs are processed efficiently, and the store is well-organised and clean.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales

•Greet customers, assess device issues, and complete repair intake forms

•Sell accessories, screen protectors, and other retail products

•Provide repair updates and collect outstanding balances

•Follow up on uncollected repairs

Admin & Operations

•Manage daily banking and end-of-day reconciliation

•Package and post devices as required

•Track and manage parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained

•Maintain a clean, organised, and professional store environment

•Ensure all repairs and sales are accurately logged in POS and ticketing systems

Performance & Accountability

•Meet and exceed individual and store-wide KPIs (e.g., sales targets, follow-up success rate)

•Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and store efficiency

Skills & Experience

Essential:

•Friendly and professional communication skills

•Strong attention to detail and organisation

•Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

•Comfortable using POS systems and basic digital tools

Preferred:

•Previous experience in retail, admin, or customer service

•Interest in tech or repair work is a bonus (but not required)
