Key Role: Customer Care
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Care Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, in-store, and internal systems.
The role involves assisting customers with their enquiries, stock replenishment, general housekeeping, and other ad-hoc tasks. You will also take ownership of customer requests and resolve enquiries efficiently within set timeframes.
Your Key Responsibilities:

* Support the trade counter with customer enquiries, stock replenishment, and other tasks.

* Confidence using computer systems and ability to learn quickly.
* Previous experience in customer service (ideally in a trade store, call centre, or retail environment).
