Operational Improvement Specialist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Improvement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder relationship skills, be able to provide insightful and persuasive advice to a diverse range of stakeholders, and contribute to well-developed organisational reform advice.
Main Responsibilities:
* Work in partnership with both operational and corporate business areas to deliver timely, high-quality and consistent organisational reform advice and recommendations;
* Have excellent stakeholder relationship skills, including the ability to provide insightful, persuasive and trusted advice to a diverse range of stakeholders;
* Contribute to well-developed organisational reform advice and the framing of this within a cohesive and coherent written report;
* Support the Organisational Reform Team Leader to prioritise, delegate and manage the work of the Team to ensure timely delivery to a consistently high standard aligned with key organisational strategies;
* Role model critical behaviours that foster collaboration, innovation, change adoption and a positive workplace culture within the Organisational Reform Team;
* Exhibit sound judgement and a willingness to innovate and experiment with different approaches;
* Contribute to a team culture that adapts to solving complex, diverse issues;
* Be forward thinking and self-motivated;

Requirements:
* A Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one;
* Demonstrated capability and experience in contributing to organisational reform programs/initiatives;
* Demonstrated capability and experience in contributing to the preparation of written reports for senior leadership audiences;
* Demonstrated capability and experience in the use of Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio to prepare detailed infographics.
