Analyse trading metrics to maximise conversion opportunities.
Reporting on performance insights and action plans.
Liaising with various stakeholders throughout the business to optimise promotional execution and product mix.
Collaborate with wider teams to enhance customer experience onsite.
About this role:
* 4+ years of experience in eCommerce or Online Trading is essential.
* A proven track record of delivering strong online sales growth and conversion improvement.
* Ideal candidates hold a tertiary qualification in marketing or relevant field.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and digital analytics tools.
* Results-focused individual with excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
* Passion for retail industry and working background in retail or consumer marketing is highly desirable.
