The Role:
You will recruit across key technology job families including development, testing, and data, while managing a portfolio of PSA clients. These are not transactional agreements, but long-standing, deep partnerships with leading employers across Australia. This is a broad and commercially engaging opportunity with real ownership.
You Will:
* Manage and develop multiple PSA client relationships
* Recruit across a wide range of technology roles
* Partner with organisations across banking, healthcare, education, superannuation, insurance, and investment
* Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
