An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to a Chief Executive Officer within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. This role is suited to a professional with proven experience supporting senior executives and managing high-level responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.
Your new role
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will coordinate the activities of the CEO's office and serve as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You'll provide research, reporting, and record-keeping to support compliance and performance objectives, while developing frameworks that inform executive decision-making. The role involves managing the CEO's diary and travel, liaising across directorates, supporting governance functions, and executing CEO-directed projects. You'll also assist with publications, civic events, and maintain strong relationships across the organisation and with external bodies.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must be able to work full-time in Capel WA and demonstrate experience in an EA/ PA position. You will also have the following skills and qualities:
* Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives in government or the private sector
* Exceptional time management, communication, and organisational skills
* Professional approach to executive support and stakeholder interaction
* Strong research and analytical capabilities
* High level of discretion and ability to manage confidential information
* Familiarity with governance processes and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience using digital platforms and tools relevant to executive operations
