As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping / Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am – 3:00pm
Key Responsibilities
* Data entry and account processing
* Monthly account reconciliations
* Managing creditors and accounts payable
* Filing and document management
* Invoicing and general accounts administration
* Ordering and maintaining office stationery
* Providing all-round office administration support

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office / accounting software
