Are you highly organised, confident on the phone, and great at keeping a busy team running smoothly? We're looking for a reliable Administration Co‐ordinator to manage our sales team's calendars, support daily operations online and in the office.

LOCATION: Osborne Park
You will be the central point of coordination between incoming leads, lead generators, our sales team, and customers. You will manage schedules, keep systems up to date, and help maintain the office. This is an ideal position for someone who loves structure, thrives on organisation, and enjoys working in a customer‐focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Qualification & Scheduling
* Manage daily calendars for sales reps
* Liaise with lead generators to ensure daily and monthly targets
* Coordinate incoming leads and allocate appointments efficiently
Administration & Sales Team Support
* Work through daily task lists including leads follow-ups and appointment confirmations
* Check in with the sales team throughout the day to ensure schedules run smoothly
* Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments where required
* Maintain accurate customer records
System Management
* Ensure all information is entered accurately and consistently
* Help keep internal systems running smoothly through strong organisation and attention to detail
* Assistance with CRM integration from SalesForce to Hubspot
General Office Administration
* Assist with basic reporting, data entry, and process improvements
* Contribute to a positive, team‐focused work environment
About You
* Minimum 1+ years of scheduling, administration or customer service experience is required
* Excellent communication and phone skills
* Strong organisational and time‐management abilities
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and within a small team
* Confidence using CRMs (Salesforce or Hubspot experience highly desirable)
* Australian citizen or permanent resident
