Do work that matters
As a Digital Content Specialist, you’ll use your way with words to help design intuitive, delightful product experiences that help customers accomplish their goals and complete tasks. You’ll create and optimise content across the CommBank app, CommBank.com.au and NetBank. You’ll collaborate with UX Designers, Product Owners, Marketing Managers, Compliance Advisors and other key stakeholders.

Our Chapter is responsible for driving the creation and execution of our editorial voice and digital content strategy.
On any given week you’ll
Edit and create meaningful content that helps customers complete tasks across our digital platforms.
Evaluate research and customer feedback to inform effective content solutions and user journeys.
Use style guides, checklists and resources to deliver our brand’s tone of voice.
Manage stakeholder and compliance feedback while maintaining customer friendly copy.
Identify opportunities to improve the user journey and reduce customer effort.
Manage and prioritise your projects from initial requirements to approvals.
We are interested to hear from people who have
Experience writing high quality, compelling and engaging content for mobile and web
Influential stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills.
Ability to uphold the highest editorial integrity with internal stakeholders as the editorial authority for our digital assets.
Experience working in an agile workplace with tight deadlines.
A solid understanding of user research and analytics.
