UGL and Altrad have been awarded a major contract to deliver services on the Woodside-operated Karratha Gas Plant Life Extension (KLE) Program.
This scope includes the planning and execution of critical maintenance and upgrade works, with a strong focus on access solutions, supporting fire protection, blasting and painting, cladding and insulation, mechanical works, pipe spool replacements, and electrical services.
The KLE Program is focused on sustaining and enhancing existing gas plant infrastructure, supporting ongoing LNG production through essential maintenance and asset integrity works. For scaffolders, this involves the safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding across live operating plant environments, ensuring reliable access to work areas and contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of the project.

About you
UAJV are seeking experienced and trade-qualified Advanced Scaffolders to join the team for upcoming works at Woodside's Karratha Gas Plant, on a 2:2 FIFO roster. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering critical access solutions across a live LNG facility, contributing to essential maintenance and asset integrity scopes.
You will be working within a high-performing team environment where safety, quality, and productivity are paramount.
We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, and can consistently deliver to a high standard in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment.
Requirements
* To be considered you must reside in Perth, WA or locally in Karratha and surrounding areas
* Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Advanced Scaffolder holding a valid and nationally recognised high risk work license
* Minimum of 3 years' previous experience within a live plant maintenance environment preferably within Oil & Gas
* Current Working at Heights (within 2 years' validity)
* Construction White/Blue Card
* Ability to pass project-specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
* Genuine concern for safety and the wellbeing of your team
* A practical, hands-on mindset with the confidence to take initiative
* A collaborative spirit - you know that success is a team effort
* Pride in your trade and commitment to doing quality work
