Project Manager – Design
Professional with strong delivery and design coordination capability who enjoys working across disciplines to bring great design to life at scale.
What You'll Do
Working within the Project Management team, this role supports the end‐to‐end delivery of complex built form outcomes across Land Lease Communities.
You'll collaborate with internal teams across LLC and the broader Stockland business, as well as external consultants, designers and contractors. With strong connection to the Sydney‐based design studio, you will help drive consistency, efficiencies and best practice across projects.
This role exists to balance design quality with delivery realities, ensuring compliance, constructability and value management are applied while supporting the growth and evolution of Stockland's LLC portfolio.

You're a well‐rounded design or project professional who enjoys being hands‐on, curious and connected. You thrive in environments where no two days look the same, value collaboration, and are motivated by learning, growth and continuous improvement.
Experience & Skills That Count
* Background in architecture, design management or project management across consultancy, contractor or builder environments
* Experience working with consultant teams and designers, including Design Managers, across concept through delivery
* Strong understanding of buildability, value management, compliance, NCC and Australian Standards
* Working knowledge of Revit or strong capability operating in Revit‐based design environments
* High level of interaction with project managers and delivery teams, bringing strong delivery acumen
* Exposure to cost planning is advantageous but not essential
