Role Overview
As an ETL/Business Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the processes within our core workflow systems to facilitate key organisational outcomes. You will manage the loading and integrity of data, configure and enhance system workflows, and develop reporting to ensure our operations are running efficiently and effectively. This role is crucial for supporting our ongoing investment in technology and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the receipt and loading of all data files.
* Maintain and configure core workflow systems, including statuses, queues, action flows, and communications.
* Develop and manage ETL processes and data exchanges.
* Create and maintain a suite of exception reporting to manage data integrity.
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to enhance and maintain data management processes.
* Continuously seek to improve systems, processes, and reporting.
What We're Looking For
* Degree in business, technology, data, finance or a related field (preferred).
* Prior experience using SQL regularly in a work setting.
* Intermediate knowledge of SQL and business processes.
* Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and inconsistencies.
* Proactive, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A strong interest in technology and artificial intelligence.
