Brix Projects are currently on the hunt for an experienced Site Manager for a Leading Luxury Builder Developer based in the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in managing High Rise Residential projects with Multi-Class 2 experience and delivering from start to completion. This will be a permanent full‑time position with the opportunity to work across large scale projects in Gold Coast.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the day‑to‑day operations of the construction site, focusing on maintaining project schedules, budgets, and the highest quality standards.
* Carry out regular and meticulous site inspections to quickly address any issues.
* Coordinate a network of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and main contractors.
* Prepare site reports and manage site cost control.
* Oversee all site safety in accordance with OH&S guidelines.
Qualifications
* Experience supervising projects valued at a minimum $50 Mil+ from start to finish.
* At least 5 years of site management experience.
* Proficient in interpreting project plans, specifications, and drawings.
* Exceptional leadership skills to motivate and manage project teams.
