Pay & Perks
Casual Rates
:
$35.15/hr Monday to Friday
$42.18/hr Saturdays
Accommodation + Duty Meals: Just $175/week
Your own private room in a shared 3-bedroom staff house
Includes daily meals during your shift!
What You'll Be Doing
Customer service & counter duties
Handling cash and EFTPOS
Making top-notch coffees
Light cooking (burgers, chips, toasties – easy stuff!)
Keeping the cafe clean and welcoming
Jumping in to help where needed
Who We're Looking For
Solid
cafe experience
and
strong barista skills
Friendly, adaptable, and a team player
Can live and work in a
remote location
Fluent English and great communication/customer service
Takes pride in a clean, efficient workspace
