We are seeking skilled Physiotherapists to deliver high-quality interventions in a community-based setting.
About the Role
As a Physiotherapist, you will be working closely with a dedicated team to provide evidence-based supports to clients. This may involve working in homes, schools, and other settings where our clients live their lives.
You will work with individuals with various disability diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorders and clients with vision and hearing impairments. Your caseload can be tailored based on your interests and expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy and registration with AHPRA is required.
* You must have effective interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively within the transdisciplinary team.
* Assessing, planning, implementing, and delivering person-centered services requires strong skills and experience.
* You should have excellent organisational and time management skills.
* PASSIONATE about working collaboratively with clients and families to build their capacity and improve life outcomes.
What We Offer
* A competitive salary range of $74,500 – $90,800 base salary + 11.5% superannuation.
* 4 weeks annual leave and 2 wellness days (pro-rata).
* 5 professional development days (pro-rata) + PD budget per annum.
