Job Description
Reporting to the Group Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
* Daily importing into our ERP of take sheets from our POS systems
* Bank Reconciliations
* Preparation of weekly payroll
* Credit Card Reconciliations
* Reconciliations of functions monies to the Balance Sheet.
* Preparation of Monthly BAS
* Adhoc reporting and tasks as instructed by the Group Accountant
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years experience in a similar Bookkeeping role - with experience in payroll, reconciliations and basic accounting entries. They should be tech-savvy, ideally with experience in Xero (although not a must). Most importantly, they will be motivated to grow, eager to learn, and bring a positive, energetic personality to the team.
