Your normal day will involve
- Making outbound calls to targeted prospects from provided lists and self-sourced leads.
- Qualifying leads by understanding project needs, budgets, and timelines.
- Securing appointments with decision-makers such as strata managers, builders, architects, and property managers.
- Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
- Following up with potential clients after marketing campaigns or events to nurture leads.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts, targeting, and messaging.
