What's the role?
As a Team Manager, you will lead a high-performing team within Home Ownership Services division, driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer outcomes. You'll foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and compliance, while coaching team members to grow and succeed. Your role involves strategic execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management, ensuring service delivery aligns with Westpac's values and vision. With strong technical knowledge and a customer-first mindset, you'll champion innovation and resilience, making timely decisions and supporting transformation initiatives.
