Production Team Leader
The role of Production Team Leader is to oversee the daily operations of a production team responsible for manufacturing high-quality products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of production staff, ensuring that production schedules are met and maintaining high standards of quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the activities of a production team to ensure efficient use of resources and meet production targets.
* Maintain accurate records of production data, including inventory levels, equipment usage, and quality control metrics.
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in a similar production leadership role.
* Strong understanding of quality systems, including HACCP and ISO.
* Experience working with ERP systems, such as Sage or SAP.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
