We’re looking for a confident and organised Site Administrator to join our friendly team at our Hope Valley (Kwinana) site. In this role, you’ll be the key link between our site operations and our supportive home office team—made up of experienced female administrators—ensuring smooth communication and coordination across locations.
You’ll play an essential part in managing the daily flow of people and materials through the weighbridge area, responding to customer enquiries, and supporting general administrative and yard activities. This is a dynamic role that blends operational oversight with meaningful teamwork, offering a welcoming environment for women who thrive in collaborative and hands-on settings. This position is initially offered as a 12-month contract role, with strong potential for extension and future transition to a permanent role.
And yes—there’s an office dog. You’ll be helping care for our four-legged team member who takes customer service and product quality control very seriously (when she's not sleeping).
