About the role
This is a casual role with Cleantek services' based in Devonport, TAS 7310. As a Carpet cleaning and restoration technician/gardener, you will be responsible for providing high-quality cleaning and gardening services to our clients. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional results ensuring our customers are delighted with the service they receive.
What you'll be doing
* Thoroughly cleaning carpets, rugs, and upholstery with specialized equipment and techniques in residential properties, commercial spaces, and on ships.
* Emergency flood services involving water extraction and drying
* Maintaining gardens by mowing, weeding, pruning and general landscaping tasks
* Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients
* Adhering to all safety and quality standards
* Completing administrative tasks such as invoicing and record-keeping
What we're looking for
* Previous experience in carpet cleaning, gardening or a related trades & services role an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Good communication and customer service skills
* A current full driver's licence (including ability to drive manual vehicles) and reliable transportation
* Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
* Legal right to work in Australia
