We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Transport Service Officer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
The successful candidate will provide safe and reliable transportation services to our customers, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their journey.
* Assist customers with accessing vehicles and ensuring safe delivery to their destination.
* Provide assistance with shopping, baggage, and mobility aids as required.
* Operate electronic tablets and mobile devices to access customer information and manage schedules.
* Ensure designated routes and schedules are followed, and customers are collected in a timely manner.
* Apply local knowledge and expertise to optimize transport duties.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be patient and compassionate, and have a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current LR class driver's license or C class license with willingness to obtain LR.
* Current NSW Ministry of Transport Driver Authority.
* First Aid and CPR qualifications.
* A proven safe driving record.
