- Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential areas of risk
- Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
- Monitor and report on risk management activities to the executive team
- Develop and implement governance policies and procedures
- Maintain and update the company's policies and procedures
- Provide training to employees on risk management and governance principles
**The Successful Applicant**:
Role Requirements:
- Qualifications in a relevant field (such as Business, Finance, or Law) (Desirable but not required)
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
