BMS Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced BMS technical support specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide technical support for BMS Global Products channel partners and our ABCS channel. Your expertise in IT networks and server environments, as well as your ability to communicate effectively with clients, will be essential in delivering excellent customer service.
About the Role
This is a full-time role that offers the opportunity to work with a global company and contribute to the success of our clients. You will be based in Australia and will work closely with our channel partners and customers to resolve technical issues.
* Key Accountabilities
* Respond promptly to client technical inquiries via email or phone, issuing RMA numbers for tracking and escalating if required.
* Investigate technical issues and provide solutions.
* Collaborate with the R&D team to resolve complex technical issues.
* Contribute to our knowledge base with helpful articles.
* Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3-5 years of experience in BMS.
* High-level knowledge of Metasys/Facility Explorer/EasyIO desirable.
* Previous experience in a technical support role.
* Skills in IT networks and server environments.
* Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Visio.
* Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
