* Retail leadership experience (or ready to step up) with a strong sales focus
* Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a high‐performing team
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities
* Sound business acumen and commitment to safe Work, Health & Safety practices
* Flexible, adaptable and confident with the ability to build strong relationships with our customers and team members
