We have an exciting opportunity available within our People and Capability team located in Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast, for a Learning and Development Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences that drive professional growth. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance skills, boost performance, and support career progression.
What will your day look like?
Coordinating and delivering engaging training programs (online and in-person)
Supporting career development initiatives
Managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Collaborating with internal teams to identify skill gaps and training needs
Evaluating training effectiveness and recommending improvements
Assisting with leadership and professional development programs
Ensuring compliance with training and development policies
Working with learning management systems such as LearnUpon, Articulate, and Camtasia
