The HR Manager position will shape and embed HR strategy, driving various HR projects and ensuring best-practice people processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading HR projects and updating policies according to organisational needs
* Managing recruitment and talent initiatives from start to finish
* Supporting employee relations, engagement, and wellbeing programs
* Overseeing performance management frameworks and career development plans
* Driving learning & development programs and monitoring their effectiveness
* Managing compensation, benefits, and salary benchmarking
* Ensuring HR compliance and maintaining a culture of diversity and inclusion
You'll be part of a close-knit, mission-driven team directly supporting people helping those in need, while leading meaningful HR projects.
As the successful candidate, you have 5+ years' experience in generalist HR and are comfortable with ambiguity and creating a plan to work through. Experience working for a not-for-profit organisation or seeking a role with an organisation giving back to those in need is ideal.
