The Role
* Master the MG and Hyundai product ranges to deliver expert demonstrations.
* Utilize our advanced sales CRM and tech tools to maximize every lead.
* Deliver a seamless, premium customer experience from initial greeting to final delivery.
* Maintain high attention to detail and follow dealership processes to ensure 100% compliance and CSI.
What You Bring
* Proven Track Record: Minimum 1 year in automotive sales (volume experience is a massive plus).
* High Standards: You are consistently a top-three performer in your current role.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable with Microsoft Office and modern CRM systems.
* Professionalism: Excellent presentation, communication, and a "can-do" attitude.
* Requirements: Valid Driver's License (Manual preferred). Ability to work a Mon–Sat roster with a rotational RDO.
