Our small, specialist team of four thrives on creativity, collaboration, and delivering content that truly stands out.
We're looking for a highly organised, people-focused Studio Projects & Client Experience Manager to be the operational heartbeat of our Echuca Moama studio.
You'll keep the studio running smoothly, lead sales enquiries, coordinate projects and workflows, and ensure every client enjoys an exceptional experience from first contact to final delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients, managing enquiries, calls, and emails with a creative approach
Lead sales conversations: qualify leads, prepare proposals/quotes, and guide clients confidently through the process
Build strong client relationships and assist with generating new leads
Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients throughout their project lifecycle
Operations & Administration
Oversee daily scheduling, team workloads, and studio bookings
Manage CRM, project tools, invoicing support, and general admin tasks
Help develop efficient office processes and systems
Project & Team Coordination
Track projects, deadlines, and ensure smooth handovers
Coordinate pre-production tasks such as call sheets, resource allocation, and team scheduling
Marketing & Business Support
Support internal marketing initiatives, client follow-ups, and business development activities
Assist with initiatives that grow the studio and enhance client experience
Skills & Attributes
Creative Minded
Exceptional time-management and organisational skills
Strong communication, consultation, and relationship-building abilities
Confident handling phone calls, client enquiries, and client-facing conversations
Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced creative environment
Calm, adaptable, and resourceful under pressure
High attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Professional presentation and commitment to continuous improvement
Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with creatives and management
Experience in operations, office management, project coordination, or client services
Background in a creative agency, media, marketing, or production environment (beneficial but not essential)
Familiarity with project management tools, CRMs, or scheduling software (e.g., Google Sheets, cloud-based CRM, proposal software)
Exposure to Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Wordpress (blogs/website updates) or Xero for billing (preferred but not essential)
Experience in sales support and/or business administration
Exposure to marketing workflows, social media content creation, and scheduling
