Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for team members who:
- Hold or are working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience leading a room and mentoring others
- Demonstrate a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Understand the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation
- Hold or are willing to obtain a current Working With Children Check (Blue Card)
