Job Overview:
This multifaceted position combines bookkeeping with administrative support to the sales team.
* The role requires direct service to our external customers and strong collaboration with the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reconcile day-to-day accounting transactions.
* Manage accounts payable/receivable, including processing and payment of invoices, credit control, and allocation of payments.
* Process payroll and other related tasks.
* Prepare and lodge business activity statements (BAS) and instalment activity statements (IAS).
* Consult with an external Accountant for annual accounts and tax queries.
* Provide customer service, resolving inquiries and providing broad support.
* Perform general administrative duties relating to sales support.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative support.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
