We’re calling on skilled and compassionate Midwives to express their interest in short-term or casual opportunities within our Midwifery Group Practice (MGP) Outreach team. These flexible contracts offer you the chance to work in partnership with First Nations women and families across rural and remote communities, providing vital antenatal and postnatal care as part of a fly-in fly-out model. Whether you're available for 4 weeks or 2 months—we want to hear from you. What’s on offer? - Attractive midwifery rates allowances - All travel and accommodation covered - You nominate your dates – we’ll work with your availability - Unique practice experience in remote Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities - Be part of a supportive, values-driven team We’d love to hear from you if you: - Are a Registered Midwife with AHPRA - Have experience in antenatal and postnatal care, ideally in a continuity of care or outreach setting - Are passionate about improving maternal health outcomes for First Nations women - Are comfortable with regular travel and FIFO work - Hold a current C Class Driver’s Licence - Vaccination and pre-employment checks will apply as part of onboarding.
