KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Accounting & Payroll Operations
* Manage and deliver the day-to-day financial and management accounting and payroll
Reporting, Analysis & Performance Monitoring
* Prepare, provide, and interpret financial information and management reports for the Board, CFO, CEO, and Leadership Group.
Budgeting, Forecasting & Financial Planning
* Preparation, monitoring, and review of budgets. Support senior managers in managing their budgets
Audit, Compliance & Risk Management
* Ensure organisational compliance with accounting standards, payroll requirements (EBA), current legislation, and stakeholder obligations, including the ATO.
External Reporting, Funding & Grants
* Assist the CFO with external government and regulatory reporting to relevant bodies, including NDIS and ACQSC. Prepare acquittals and account for funding and grants
Contracts, Assets & Cost Management
* Assist the CFO to manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors (e.g. lease agreements, telecommunications) to maximise financial and operational performance.

Fleet & Facilities Financial Oversight
* Oversee financial aspects of mobile fleet, including upgrades, maintenance, and supporting operational teams with utilisation and availability. Manage financial and contractual relationships with facility owners, including repairs, upgrades, and maintenance
ABOUT YOU
* Five years Post qualified CA / CPA
* Proven experience in financial and management accounting, ideally within the not-for-profit, disability, health, or community services sector.
* Experience preparing board-level financial reports and performance analysis.
* High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, ERP experience, Netsuite or similar
