An excellent opportunity is available for Vocationally Registered General Practitioners / Family Physicians to join a modern, mixed-billing medical practice located approximately 15 minutes from the centre of Geelong.
Opened in July 2020, the clinic is positioned within a DPA-classified area and has been purpose-designed to support efficient, high-quality primary care delivery. Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive primary care to booked and walk-in patients
* Work a standard 40-hour week
* Assess, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
* Order appropriate investigations and coordinate specialist referrals
* Optional participation in evening and weekend clinics
* No home visits and no on-call duties
Remuneration & Contractual Benefits
* 70% fee-for-service split
* Guaranteed income of AUD 150 per hour for the first 3 months
* Earning potential exceeding AUD 400,000 per annum
* Relocation allowance of AUD 20,000
* Minimum two-year contract
* Visa sponsorship available for the doctor and eligible family members
Candidate Requirements
* Primary medical qualification with recognised specialist certification in General Practice / Family Medicine
(e.g. MRCGP, FRACGP, CCFPC, American Board of Family Medicine or equivalent)
* Eligibility for AHPRA specialist registration
* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care
