They are proud to be the only clinic in Gympie offering services from 8:30am to 9:00pm on weekdays, and are also open on weekends and public holidays, ensuring continuity of care for our diverse patient population. Their clinic operates as a bulk billing practice under the Medicare BBP PIP program, making healthcare accessible and affordable to all members of the community. Their team consists of nine experienced General Practitioners and has onsite Allied Health Services that includes a Psychologist, Exercise Physiologist, supportive Nursing and Administrative staff.Position Description An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced FRACGP or FACRRM fellow to join a well‐established, supportive general practice in Gympie, QLD as a GP supervisor and an opportunity to lead, mentor, earn and make a real impact.This role offers a rare combination of strong earning potential and meaningful professional contribution and is ideal for a GP who is passionate about mentoring and shaping the next generation of general practitioners.You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring the registrars with general registration: FSP (Fellowship Support Program) registrars and RACGP PEP Specialist Pathway Level 3 doctors. This includes providing structured supervision, regular feedback, progress monitoring, and supporting registrars through their training and fellowship pathway requirements.
