Job Overview:

* The primary objective of this role is to serve as the first point of contact and handle all correspondence for the CEO.
* This position also entails providing administrative support to the CEO and other staff as needed.
* A key responsibility will be to organize the CEO's daily schedule and meetings.
* The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for the CEO.
* Employee engagement strategies will be implemented through various channels.
* Maintaining regular communication with site teams, employees, and talent pools is crucial.
* General office and administration duties will also be performed.


Key Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience in a similar role is essential.
* A qualification in Human Resources would be advantageous, although not mandatory.
* A strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a high-volume environment are necessary.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills are required for interaction with candidates and clients.
* An experienced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software is necessary.
* The ability to prioritize tasks and seek innovative solutions is vital.
