Key accountabilities of the role:
Project management services for several projects in the Digital Technology pipeline, managed in compliance with the customer Technology D2V Framework and Standards.
Comply with customer Safety Standards and Expectations.
Management of projects throughout their lifecycle, from Concept to Closeout.
Facilitating and/or executing management activities as part of the project management process, including:
Business Analysis
Change Management
Risk Assessment
Stakeholder Management
Communication Management
Project Artefact Development
Test Plan development and execution
Key Challenges of the role:
Support the customer in their projects with technology engagement, resource planning, and deliverables.
Identify and raise opportunities for improvement to the PMO regarding the project management framework.
Conduct time-in-field activities to align with customer safety expectations, including safety workplace interactions, Critical Management Activities (CMAs), or hazard identification.
Interact with G360 for safety and technology-related actions.
Update relevant technology governance tools.
Collaborate with the Technology Project Analyst for:
Project updates
Timely SAP-related activities such as raising purchase orders and work notifications
Inherent requirements of the role / Mandatory/Essential Skills and Experience:
Experience providing project management services for multiple projects within the Digital Technology pipeline, in compliance with the customer’s Technology D2V Framework and Standards.
Preferred/Desired skills and experience:
Mining domain knowledge
