Real Estate Sales Director Job Description
Sell company real estate projects in one or multiple Australian cities as a Real Estate Sales Director. Build and manage a local sales team aligned with the Australian market strategy, oversee daily management, training, and incentive programs.
Develop and execute sales strategies, conduct market research, create marketing plans, and set sales targets. Assemble and train sales teams, expand/maintain sales channels, and monitor sales progress. Analyze data to adjust strategies for stable growth.
Establish and improve customer service systems, handle complaints, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with local developers, financial institutions, and competitors to support operations.
Lead and evaluate the sales team, conduct regular training on sales skills and product knowledge. The ideal candidate has industry experience in real estate sales, at least 3 years of leadership experience, and expertise in selling apartments, land, or villas.
