Job Description:
As a technical expert in the maintenance and repair of emergency refuge chambers, you will be responsible for providing on-site servicing and technical support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our products and provide training and guidance to our clients on how to use and maintain them.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with tools, and a basic understanding of electronics and control systems. Fault-finding and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support and regular on-site servicing of emergency refuge chambers
2. Diagnose and repair technical issues where possible
3. Provide ongoing support and training to clients on how to use and maintain emergency refuge chambers
4. Maintain accurate records
5. Assist with technical installations & commissioning
6. Promote MineARC products where possible
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools
* Basic understanding of electronics and control systems
* Fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to travel domestically when required, including at short notice
