As a valued member of our team, you will provide individualised care tailored to the needs of each client and their families, helping them maintain their dignity and autonomy.
The Role: Support Worker
* Assist with meal preparation, including shopping and eating support
* Provide transportation and accompaniment for appointments and social activities
* Offer social support and engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
* Assist with personal care, showering, and bathing, as well as general self-care duties
* Perform light household cleaning and domestic assistance
* Administer medication as required

What You Will Need
