The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Sales Administrator to support our team. This role is integral to the success of our property sales campaigns, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and consultants.
As a Sales Administrator you will:
* Assist Property Consultants with property marketing, sales administration, and prospecting activities
* Coordinate and manage all aspects of sales campaigns, from listing through to settlement
* Support database management and client communications
* Liaise with solicitors, conveyancers, and service providers to ensure smooth transactions
* Provide trusted support to the team, contributing to our culture of excellence
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership of tasks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience in real estate, sales support, or administration (preferred but not essential)
