Role Details
Provide technical expertise in collection maintenance and stacks management activities that support the use and preservation of the library's collections. Implement best practice procedures to maintain collection items at their designated locations and to improve the accuracy of location metadata in the library management system and retrieval finding
Special Conditions
* The Incumbent will be required to participate in the department's Performance Management Program.
* The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
* Some work outside of normal hours will be required.
* This role requires a working with children check.
* This role requires a National Criminal History check.
Essential Qualifications
- Diploma of Library and Information Services or equivalent qualification acceptable for membership of the Australian Library and Information Association
